Zincalume steel by Vani Industries is a premium material that complies with the requirements of all major Indian Standard: IS 15961, International Standard – ISO 9364, Australian Standard – AS 1397, and American Standard – ASTM A 792M.

This Zincalume steel is manufactured by a continuous hot-dipped metallic coating process. The alloy coating of Zincalume steel provides excellent corrosion resistance to metal sheets. Further, after rigorous tests, it has been found that it possesses greater resistance to crack and peel. Zincalume steel by vani industries possesses the alloy coating of 55% Aluminium, 43.5% Zinc, and 1.5% Silicon. The 150 GSM (also optional 200 GSM) coating weight is distributed equally on both surfaces of the coated sheet along with a high strength of 300MPA. The metallic surface is also coated with separate layers of special passivation solution and resin.
